Cost of Credentialing

Please review the pricing options and requirements before submitting payment. Refund requests made within 24 hours of payment are subject to a $35 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Headquarters@nurseportfolio.org.

 

NOTE:

If portfolio submission exceeds twelve months from the application date, a new application fee will be required.

    Renewal Application *Renewed credential is valid for 5 years*
