Cost of Credentialing

Please review the price options below, and the requirements before making payment. Refunds requested within 24 hours of payment will incur a $35 fee. After the 24 hour time period, no refunds can be processed. A request for a refund must be in writing to Headquarters@nurseportfolio.org

NOTE:

If submission of the applicant's portfolio takes longer than twelve months, a new application fee must be charged.
