
Portfolio Submission Requirements
Portfolio credentialing is an opportunity to gain recognition for a career-long commitment to improving patient outcomes and advancing your practice.
Applications for initial submission are accepted year-round, and reviewed bi-annually on January 15 and July 15. Renewal applications are accepted year-round, and reviewed quarterly. To be considered, a completed portfolio must be submitted by midnight on the deadlines outlined on our website. Portfolios submitted after midnight on the review date will not be reviewed until the following review period. Incomplete portfolios will not be considered and application fees are non-refundable.

After payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email including instructions on how to create an account, navigate our site, and submit your completed portfolio.

Complete portfolio submissions are due for review by the deadlines outlined throughout the 12-month period.

If a submitted portfolio is received after a deadline, it will be scheduled for review during the next available submission review period. (For e.g., if received on January 15 it will be reviewed with the July applicants). Please plan submission dates carefully to meet the scheduled deadlines and avoid lapse of credential.
